"Create Shipment" button (not working)

There have been recent reports of users unable to create a new shipment. Here is a step-by-step guide to fix the issue.


1. Press the Shipment History tab 



2. Select and press "Duplicate"



3. Press "Yes, Duplicate"



4. You will be directed to the "Pick a Ship-From Address". return to the "New Shipment" tab and the issue will be resolved.
