Guide to remove item from shipment

Amazon allows Sellers to Fully Remove an item from a shipment. Here are the steps to do so.

During step 1B the item that you want to remove will be present and Amazon will expect you to fill out the box content for the item in the excel file.

The Excel file should contain the quantities on the shipment before the adjustments. If the post adjustment quantities are entered into the sheet an upload error will occur.

For the item you want to remove, put 150 (or greater) per case so its easier to remove, it will also make it easier if these are the first boxes in the sheet. (This is if you know before uploading the file an item is marked for removal otherwise entering the correct casepack configuration is crucial for a successful shipping process.)

On step 3 Print Box labels you can view and edit shipment quantities.

1) Press view and edit contents.

2) Change the items quantity or delete boxes
