How to edit listing dimensions on Seller Central
You can edit a listing on seller central in the inventory tab under "Manage inventory". Press edit next to the listing that is missing dimensions to access the edit listing page. (If the dimensions were changed as a result of an Amazon Cubiscan, it is likely the dimension changes wont reflect unless another Cubiscan is done).
Once the edit listing page is opened you can find the place to input item and package dimensions under the shipping tab.
Make sure to enter the dimensions and weight for each field. Amazon also asks for the unit of the dimensions input ( Inches, Centimeters). If any field is not filled in Amazon will not be able to generate a shipment plan for the item.
Once amazon has the items dimensions, view the shipment and press the sync button next to the item.
You can confirm that Amazon has the item dimensions by searching the Asin on the FBA revenue calculator.
