Adjusting quantities in the new sta workflow

Amazon allows Sellers to change and edit quantities and add boxes. Here are the steps for doing so.

To change quantities or add boxes you need to provide box level box content information to Amazon. Meaning if you are using 2D barcodes or manual processing you will not be able to change quantities or add boxes.

The Excel file should contain the quantities on the shipment before the adjustments. If the post adjustment quantities are entered into the sheet an upload error will occur.

On step 3 Print Box labels you can view and edit shipment quantities.

1) Press view and edit contents.

2) Change the items quantity

3) Validate the change(Amazon will ask for the reason of the change)

4) You can also add boxes to the shipment ( New boxes are limited to existing skus)

5) Choose the sku for the new box and enter in all the box details
