Handling single Sku pallets in the STA workflow.

We have tested and developed a protocol to accomplish this via the new sta workflow.

1) Input via the excel option that a single box contains the sku. Enter the max dimensions 50 lb’s, 25x25x25.

2) Select LTL as the shipping method.

3) On Step 4 after entering the contact information you will be able to change the pallet dimensions to better reflect the same weight and dimensions of the actual pallet. Apply the box and pallet labels to the pallets.

(Using 2D barcodes will allow for much larger and heavier boxes)
